categorised by the following levels:

brand new to computers or be comfortable with the
basic features of one or two applications. A student
in a Beginner class will typically need step-by-step
training and instructions to accomplish a task.Back
Intermediate:
If you are an Intermediate user, you have had experience
with multiple applications such as Word, Excel,
Netscape, Internet and Explorer. Classes for Intermediate
users focus on what can be done utilizing step-by-step
explanations of how to accomplish a task as well
as useful shortcuts.Back
Advanced:
Advanced users are those who have experience using
a variety of applications for a personal computer.
They manage files on multiple platforms in multiple
locations. They are not afraid to experiment with
new and evolving technology. These classes present
information about the features and functions of
an application and provide tips and techniques of
how to use these complex functions. Back
