Once groups have been set up, we use the skills analysis to design a course based on the sections of a product most needed by students. Manuals are designed specifically for your course.

On the day of training, when we get to know each team member and find out his or her objectives for the training session, further customisation can take place. Your staff is shown our planned course design, and are given the option to add or remove topics as they see fit, assuring personal service and guidance. Where possible, we use exercises during the day that relate to the trainee’s workplace.
