have had 15 years of experience in the computer
industry to supply you with professional computer
support and training in both hardware and software.
As a medical typist for many years I became caught
up in the whirlwind of change in office technology.
This process made me aware of the importance of
professional workplace training to facilitate
the smooth transition from old technology to new.
I then embarked on a course of study at the Queensland
University of Technology to graduate with an Associate
Diploma in Electrical Engineering.
My
experience as a computer technician together with
my Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace
Training has equipped me with a high level of
knowledge, skills, attitude, and a love of learning.
These attributes, and my knowledge of office automation,
equips me with the professional training skills
that will enable your staff to reach the same
high level of competencies in computer skills,
according to workplace requirements. This is an
important step to achieving the goals and objectives

Alana Ehrenreich - Technical Manager, Network
Consultant and Computer Technician |
| Alana started attending
computer classes in 1993 in Tasmania. She excelled and was encouraged
to go on to further study. After a couple of years
Alana arrived in Brisbane and started working for
a wholesale / retail IT company and was fortunate
enough to gain experience in different sections
of the company which included Sales, Marketing,
Warranty, Repairs until she became the Workshop
Supervisor. After a number of years, Alana’s
quest for knowledge and skills had her back at TAFE
to pursue study in Network Engineering while working
part time. She was employed to look after a school
network system with over 30 computers.
Alana met Zina who already
had setup IT Harmonics and helped her out during
the holidays
They hit it off so they got together to make IT
Harmonics - a force to be reckoned with.
