As a medical typist for many years I became caught up in the whirlwind of change in office technology. This process made me aware of the importance of professional workplace training to facilitate the smooth transition from old technology to new. I then embarked on a course of study at the Queensland University of Technology to graduate with an Associate Diploma in Electrical Engineering.

My experience as a computer technician together with my Certificate IV in Assessment and Workplace Training has equipped me with a high level of knowledge, skills, attitude, and a love of learning. These attributes, and my knowledge of office automation, equips me with the professional training skills that will enable your staff to reach the same high level of competencies in computer skills, according to workplace requirements.
